IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply whenever you purchase goods or services from us, whether through our website, social media platforms, or by telephone order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any purchase. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of these Terms for your records.

Enhance, add to, modify, or discontinue any of our products or offerings at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of our website and/or placement of orders following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all goods sold or distributed by our company (“we,” “us,” “our”). Any product bearing our logo or produced under our manufacturing or branding process shall be referred to as the “Product(s).”

All descriptions, images, and representations of our Products are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, actual Products may vary slightly due to differences in packaging, formulation updates, or natural variations in raw materials.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors that may occur. Full payment must be received prior to shipment. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed.

We accept payments through the payment methods indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that the card or account used belongs to you or that you have the legal right to use it.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete. If incorrect or incomplete information leads to a failed or delayed delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

All sales are final. By placing an order and using our website, you acknowledge and agree that Products are sold on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis. Commissions and bonuses linked to product purchases are calculated and credited instantly upon a completed transaction, and you accept that this immediate crediting is incompatible with returns or refunds.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including this clause. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms, including this clause, at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the Terms then in effect.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights in respect of Products that arrive damaged or defective, which are addressed separately below.

All Products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling or improper storage of the Products after delivery.

We are committed to providing only high-quality Products made from genuine, safe, and regulated materials. Each Product undergoes rigorous quality control procedures and cleanliness tests prior to release.

We make no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. No oral or written representation shall be deemed to create any further warranty or guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our Products.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, and written materials displayed on our website or packaging are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
