Time Frame: You can return a product within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The product must be unopened to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable: Products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure that the product inside has not been tampered with.

To initiate a return, you must notify the company within the 60-day period and send the product, along with a product return/exchange form, to a designated address provided to you by us.

 

Refund Policy 

Refunds are only permitted should the original order not have exceeded 48 hours from the time of purchase, and it is verified through a case by case basis. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours of your order, anything extended would be us requesting additional documentation from your end regarding the reason for said cancellation.
