These Terms apply to all goods sold or distributed by our company (“we,” “us,” “our”). Any product bearing our logo or produced under our manufacturing or branding process shall be referred to as the “Product(s).”

All descriptions, images, and representations of our Products are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, actual Products may vary slightly due to differences in packaging, formulation updates, or natural variations in raw materials.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Singapore Dollar (SGD) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors that may occur.
Full payment must be received prior to shipment. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed.

We accept payments through the payment methods indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that the card or account used belongs to you or that you have the legal right to use it.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete. If incorrect or incomplete information leads to a failed or delayed delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange a Product within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The Product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all our products.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 60 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization and the designated return address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods

All Products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling or improper storage of the Products after delivery.

6. Product Quality and Safety

We are committed to providing only high-quality Products made from genuine, safe, and regulated materials. Each Product undergoes rigorous quality control procedures and cleanliness tests prior to release.

We make no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. No oral or written representation shall be deemed to create any further warranty or guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our Products.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, and written materials displayed on our website or packaging are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
